Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is [Company legal name, registered address]. Contact us about privacy at support@vividodds.com.

EdgeBets™ finds the edge. You bet it. We never hold your money. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

• Account details: username, email address and a password hash (we never store your password in plain text).
• Telegram details, if you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram ID, username, name and profile photo link.
• Preferences: your country and the bookmakers you choose, and other settings.
• Your bet tracker: bets you log or import, including by email.
• Payment records: plan, amount, date and status. For USDT, the invoice and the public blockchain transaction, including the sending wallet address. For cards, the processor gives us a payment reference, not your full card number.
• Security and usage data: IP address and browser details at sign-up and sign-in, sign-in times, how you arrived at the site (referrer and campaign tags), and a history of account events such as sign-ins and plan changes.
• Messages you send us, including the partner enquiry form (email, country, interests and note).

• To provide the Service you signed up for: your account, plan, tools and tracker (performance of a contract).
• To take payment and keep accounting and tax records (contract and legal obligation).
• To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and account sharing (legitimate interests).
• To understand how people find and use the Service, so we can improve it (legitimate interests).
• To reply to you and to send service messages about your account (contract and legitimate interests).

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

We use cookies that are needed for the Service to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and an access cookie for paid plans. We store some preferences in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies. If you use Telegram sign-in, Telegram's widget loads from Telegram under its own policy.

Only with service providers who process data for us under contract, and only as needed:

• hosting and database providers (currently Vercel and Render);
• our email provider (currently Resend), for messages we send;
• our card payment processor, [Card payment processor];
• Telegram, if you choose Telegram sign-in or alerts.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Some providers are outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. [Confirm transfer safeguards with each provider]

We keep account data while your account is open, and for [retention period] after it is closed. Payment and accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Security logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw any consent you gave. Email support@vividodds.com. We will reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

The Service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

We will post any update here with a new effective date, and tell you about material changes.
