Terms of service

EdgeBets (edgebets.io, the “Service”) is operated by [Company legal name, registered address] (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at support@vividodds.com.

By creating an account, buying a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

EdgeBets is sports odds data and analytics software, sold as a subscription. It shows odds published by third parties, prices and probabilities we derive from them, and analysis tools.

We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold user funds, or award prizes or winnings. Any bet you place is placed by you, with a third-party operator, under that operator's terms. Bets you record in the bet tracker are a personal record only and are not wagers with us.

All data, odds, analysis, model output and picks are provided for information only. They are not financial, investment or betting advice, and they are not a recommendation to place any bet.

Odds change quickly and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee that any price will still be available, or that any strategy will be profitable. Past results, including results shown on the Performance page, do not predict future results. Betting carries a real risk of losing money. You alone decide whether to bet and how much.

The Service is only for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher age of majority or legal gambling age where you live. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for making sure that using the Service, and any betting you do, is lawful where you are. Do not use the Service where doing so is prohibited. We may refuse or close accounts where we believe use is unlawful.

• Give accurate information, including a valid email address, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. Do not share or resell access.
• Tell us promptly at support@vividodds.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

We offer a Free plan, a Standard plan at $250 per month and a Premium plan at $500 per month (US dollars). The features in each plan are described on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.

You can pay by card, processed by [Card payment processor], or in crypto: USDT or USDC (TRC20 or ERC20), TRX or ETH. For TRX and ETH the amount is fixed from the live USD price when you open the invoice. For USDT, send the exact amount shown on the invoice to the address shown, on the network shown, before the invoice expires. Network fees are yours. Payments sent to the wrong address or network, or in the wrong amount, may not be recoverable.

We may change prices. A new price applies only from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Details, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, are in our Cancellation and refunds policy.

You must not:

• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute data from the Service, except through an API plan we have agreed with you;
• share your login, or let others use your account;
• reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service or its security;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, including in breach of gambling laws where you are.

The Service, its software, design, models and compiled data belong to us or our licensors. While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own purposes under these terms.

Odds and other data come from bookmakers and data providers we do not control. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their content and terms are their own responsibility.

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be interrupted or contain errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you, and you may cancel.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@vividodds.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonable. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app in advance. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by [Governing law and competent courts]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
