Cancellation and refunds

Paid plans (Standard, $250 per month, and Premium, $500 per month) run month to month and are paid in advance. The Free plan involves no payment.

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@vividodds.com from the address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and you will not be charged again. USDT payments are made per period and never renew automatically.

Apart from the cases below, we do not refund part-used periods.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

A subscription gives you access to digital content immediately after payment. Before you pay, we ask for your express consent to start access straight away, and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts. If you give that consent and access starts, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to that purchase.

If you did not give that consent, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@vividodds.com with a clear statement that you are withdrawing. We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving it.

We will refund, in full or in proportion, where:

• you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount;
• the Service was unavailable for a significant part of a paid period because of a fault on our side;
• we close your paid account without cause;
• the law where you live requires it.

Please contact us within 30 days of the payment or the problem.

• Card payments are refunded to the same card through [Card payment processor]. Your bank may take several days to show the credit.
• USDT payments are refunded in USDT, for the amount we received, to a wallet address you control on the same network. Blockchain network fees may be deducted. We cannot refund to a different token or network.

Email support@vividodds.com with your username, the payment date and amount, and the card receipt or the USDT transaction hash.

This policy forms part of our Terms of service. It does not affect your statutory rights.
